Delete your Fluentilo account

You can delete your account and the data stored with it at any time. Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

Open Fluentilo and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
Enter your password and tap Delete forever.

By email

If you cannot use the app (for example you lost your phone), email info@fluentilo.com from the email address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account". We may reply to confirm it is you. We will delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

Your profile: email, date of birth and settings kept in our account database.
Your registered devices and your plan record.
Your usage counters.

In the app, deleting also removes your lesson progress and downloaded audio from that phone. Other phones keep their local files until you uninstall the app. Encrypted backup copies of our account database expire after 30 days. We do not store your speaking recordings or writing attempts at all, so there is nothing of that kind to delete.

Subscriptions are not cancelled by deleting your account. If you pay for Premium, cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings (Subscriptions) as well, or you will keep being charged.
