Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and VISTANOVA GLOBAL LTD ("we", "us") for the Fluentilo app and website (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Who can use it

You must be at least 14 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm a parent or guardian is happy for you to use the service. Give us true information when you sign up.

2. Your account

  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
  • One account is for one person. An account can be used on up to two devices at a time.
  • You can delete your account at any time, see Delete your account.

3. What you may do

You may use the lessons, audio and tools for your own personal learning. You may not:

  • copy, download in bulk, resell, share or publish the lessons, audio, dictionary or other content;
  • share your login, or use automated tools to collect content or to send many requests;
  • try to get around the limits, device rules, locks or payment checks, or to break or overload the service;
  • use the service for anything unlawful.

If we see unusual activity, we may lock the account while we look into it. We will tell you and explain.

4. Our content

The lessons, recordings, text, design and software belong to VISTANOVA GLOBAL LTD or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them as described here, and nothing more.

5. Free and Premium; payments

Some content is free. Premium content needs a paid plan. When paid plans are on sale, you buy them through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and the store's own terms cover price, billing, renewal, cancelling and refunds. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown in the app unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends; you can cancel in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in the store. We may change what is free or Premium, and we will not take away something you have already paid for during the period you paid for.

6. AI feedback; IELTS

Feedback and scores on writing and speaking checkpoints are produced with the help of AI. They are a study aid, may contain mistakes, and are not an official result or a promise of any score in a real exam. Fluentilo is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the owners of the IELTS test.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or stop parts of it, and update these terms; if a change matters we will tell you in the app.

8. Ending

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Cyprus, without taking away any consumer protection that applies to you where you live.
